Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a fantastic experience with our rental. When we arranged our rental, the weather looked beautiful on the day of our party…come the day before our party, the weather turned to rain ALL DAY! The company reached out to us asking if they could deliver our bounce house a day early so we could try to get some solid jump time in between all the rain. We felt this was such a generous and unexpected offer! Delivery, setup and tear down was also flawless and effortless on our part. The company took care of it all! While I was considering renting a bounce house, the company was very responsive and thorough with answering all my questions. We highly recommend Your Journey Jump and look forward to using them for our next event.
